Last year, Leicester City FC announced the opening of their their brand new training ground in Seagrave. This state-of-the-art football training ground cost the club approximately £100 million and took over two years to complete. The Leicester City team conducted their first training session at Seagrave on 24th December 2020, and they've been training there ever since.
Since this new this training ground would be the Leicester City HQ for years to come, it was important that it was built using some of the best materials on the market. It was decided that Seagrave's outdoor walkway would be built using TimberTech composite deck boards. To build the walkway, they used 500m2 of our finest composite decking.The finished walkway is absolutely breathtaking!

Leicester City has officially unveiled their breathtaking new training ground, with the players to move in on Christmas Eve. After two years of work at the 185-acre site in Seagrave, City will now make the £100m facility their home. Across the former Park, Hill Golf Club are 21 training areas, including 14 full-size pitches and a 499-seater show pitch for youth team games.
It is the culmination of a long-held dream, City chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha said in a statement. "The club has taken some enormous strides forward in the last 10 years," he said. "In terms of our long-term future, this is perhaps the biggest. A new training ground has been a dream many years in the making, so it is with great pride that we have been able to deliver this. Seagrave will be a pivotal part of the club’s operation for generations to come."
