Case Study: Essex Composite Decking
When our customers bought their bespoke holiday home in Roydon Marina Village, Essex, they asked us to help plan and install a new composite deck. As we have lots of experience providing composite decking products for holiday homes, we were only too happy to help!
With outdoor living being a large part of life at the resort, our clients selected some contemporary grey decking boards to contrast the white exterior walls of their park home.
They also chose to add a stunning white handrail - a popular choice for park homes. Lighting is important in areas such as these, so we also incorporated lights into the steps and rail posts to keep their decking area well lit.
The couple even added a second deck to the roof of their home, allowing for extra living space and uninterrupted views of the park’s marina.
What the customers said...
"We love the way the decking complements our house, and it gets many admiring looks from people visiting the Marina.
"It is a real investment in our future, with no maintenance required - which we felt important, especially in later years.
"DeckPlus were a pleasure to deal with, from the moment we called into their office while we were holidaying in the area right through to completion. A truly professional company in every way."
